Ordering and payments
God's Unit Apparel is committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. All orders must be paid in full at checkout before they are processed. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed until an order is successfully placed and payment is received.
Pre-order items will clearly display their expected processing or release date. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer an alternative, backorder option, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, sizing, billing, and shipping information when placing an order. Once an order enters production or processing, changes or cancellations may be limited.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and launch specials are subject to their stated terms and availability and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified. Our goal is to communicate openly with our customers regarding order status and any potential issues.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
God's Unit Apparel wants every customer to love their purchase. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel returned in its original condition with tags attached. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
For approved exchanges that are not the result of a God's Unit Apparel error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable cost to ship the replacement item. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or stained are not eligible for exchange.
Privacy policy
God's Unit Apparel respects and protects the privacy of our customers. We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to process orders, provide customer service, communicate about purchases, and operate our online store. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. God's Unit Apparel does not directly receive or store customers' full credit or debit card numbers.
Customer information may be used to process and fulfill orders, provide shipping and order updates, respond to questions or concerns, prevent fraudulent transactions, maintain necessary business records, and send promotional communications when customers have chosen to receive them. We do not sell customers' personal information. The God's Unit Apparel, Daddy's Girlâ„¢, and Light of Godâ„¢ names, associated logos, artwork, and branding may not be reproduced or used to create, manufacture, advertise, or sell unauthorized merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information on our website are accurate. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on device displays, printing methods, materials, and production variations.
